Grace started her career in television at Sid Gentle Films, where she worked across their slate. She assistant script edited on the BBC and HBO’s Rain Dogs which was developed from Cash Carraway’s memoir, Skint Estate.

In 2023 Grace moved to BBC Studios label House Productions, where she was promoted to Development Executive and developed a number of projects with both high-profile talent and up-and-coming writers. Grace left House Productions in early 2026 to join Eleventh Hour as Head of Development, overseeing a commercial slate of new, bold projects.
