Grace started her career in television at Sid Gentle Films, working across three seasons of the BAFTA and Emmy award winning Killing Eve, ITV’s The Durrells, Disney+’s Extraordinary and AMC’s Ragdoll.

She assistant script edited on the BBC and HBO’s Rain Dogs which she helped develop from Cash Carraway’s memoir, Skint Estate. Rain Dogs was later voted one of the Best Shows of 2023 by the Guardian. That same year, she moved to House Productions, working across their award-winning television and film slate.

While at House she was promoted to Development Executive and developed a number of projects with both high-profile talent and up-and-coming writers. Grace left House Productions in early 2026 to join Eleventh Hour as Head of Development, overseeing a commercial slate of new, bold projects.
